Millions of Hindus revere and worship cows. Hinduism is a religion that raises the status of Mother to the level of Goddess. Therefore the cow is considered a sacred animal. The cow is seen as a maternal figure, a care taker of her people. The cow is a symbol of the divine bounty of earth.
The cow is considered as a sacred & holy animal in Hindu religion. we worship cow on various occasions and we call them 'GAU MATA.'
“You drink the milk of the cow. So, the cow becomes your mother. The bullock is responsible for the production of the grain you eat, so, he becomes your father” And it’s our sole responsibility to take care for all cows family which are sick,old and injured and are moving on roads.
The activities have to compound and it is possible only when pious donors come forward with generous Donations in the endeavor.We treat cows with love and respect till death. Kishna Amar Mandal run by (Farmer) social activists, where you can find old and aged cows living with peace.
